1 PLANNING
1.1 B/20/0021 – The application for the erection of a lean-to-extension at Mr M Sleaford, 10 Butterwick Road had been granted.
1.2 B/20/0149 – The application for the erection for a forklift charging building at T H Clements. No objections had been forwarded and this had now been granted.
1.3 B/20/0121 – Application under s.73 for the variation of condition 2 (approved plans) in order to change the surface material of the card park, surface water disposal and marking out of bays and the removal of condition 5 (lighting) of planning permission B/13/0368 at All Saints’ Church. No objections had been forwarded and no decision had yet been made.
2 FINANCE
2.1 The clerk had presented the up-to-date accounts, each month, consulting with the chairman, and working with the precept allocation.
